	DC John Hickman I am the Beat Manager for Newton Brook, Newton St Michaels (includes Kinsway), Upton Grange and Upton Westlea. I have 22 years service with Cheshire Police and am a trained Detective Constable. I will using local knowledge of crime and anti-social behaviour problems to tackle any issues in a positive manner to bring about improvements for the residents of this area. 	Sergeant Mark Woollam I am responsible for the team of officers who police the eastern areas of the Chester Outer Neighbourhood Policing Team. I joined Cheshire Police in 1996. As a Constable I worked in the towns of Runcorn and Widnes before being promoted to Chester as Sergeant in 2004. I have worked in many differing roles, including the Pro Active CID, Divisional Drugs Team, Customer Service Desk and Targeted Patrol Team. I have lived in Chester all my live, so I have a vested interest in making our community safer. 	PC Andrew Brand I have been a member of the Cheshire Constabulary for 23 years. I was born in Edinburgh but I started my working career in England as a professional footballer. I started my career working in Chester city centre in 1985. Most of my service has been in community policing in Chester and I have also worked in the Handbridge area. 	PCSO Matthew Browell I've covered the Upton wards since February 2007. I enjoy the variety of my role and like meeting and helping members of the public. I believe the Upton wards provide me with a diverse array of tasks because the wards have a bit of everything, from the Chester Zoo to a small section of the Dale army camp. Before joining Cheshire Constabulary I worked as a customer liaison officer at Cheshire Oaks and found that a retail environment helped my communication skills. I am always keen to meet members of the Upton community and would encourage you to come and say hello. Outside of work I enjoy riding my motorbike and socialising with friends.
