Your team

	Sergeant Mark Woollam I am responsible for the team of officers who police the eastern areas of the Chester Outer Neighbourhood Policing Team. I joined Cheshire Police in 1996. As a Constable I worked in the towns of Runcorn and Widnes before being promoted to Chester as Sergeant in 2004. I have worked in many differing roles, including the Pro Active CID, Divisional Drugs Team, Customer Service Desk and Targeted Patrol Team. I have lived in Chester all my live, so I have a vested interest in making our community safer. 	PC Paul Boneham I joined Cheshire Police in 2001 and spent seven years working as part of the Targeted Patrol Team. In 2009, I joined the Neighbourhood Policing Unit and cover the beats of Hoole Groves and Hoole All Saints. Prior to joining the Police, I was a member of the RAF Regiment for four years and have served in Germany, Northern Ireland and Kuwait. 	PC Jenny Black I am the Beat Manager for Hoole All Saints and Hoole Groves. I joined the Cheshire Constabulary in 2003 and have worked within the community investigating crime for the past 4 years. I am looking forward to addressing local issues that are important to the community and will be working closely with multi-agencies to reduce crime to make your neighbourhood a safe place to live in. 	PCSO Keith Bartlett I have been a PCSO since 2004. Before joining Cheshire Constabulary, I was employed as a security officer for the Duke of Westminster and prior to this I was a store detective in Chester city centre. I also volunteer as a first responder for Northwest Ambulance during my spare time. I play table-tennis competitively and also coach.
