Your team

	Sergeant Andy Gardner I am responsible to Inspector Luke McDonnell and the local community for providing policing in your area. I am one of three Sergeants covering crime and community reassurance issues for Wilmslow and the surrounding communities. I joined the Police Force in 2008 and I have held posting in the three geographical areas of the county which comprised of work on several proactive units, departments in CID and the Force Paedophile unit. In September 2008, I moved to Wilmslow from a headquarters team working with the HMIC reviewing Cheshireâ€™s adoption of National Best Practice. My priorities at Wilmslow are to work alongside my staff and focus on detecting crime and reducing the fear of crime in line with identified priorities of the community. Beyond this I feel it is important to try and take part in the ongoing improvement of area facilities. As such it has been very rewarding to help my staff set up several significant local events. These include the Football Community Cup supported by local Premiership League Footballers and the rapidly developing out of town Moto Cross club. 	PC David Jarvis I have worked with Cheshire Constabulary since June 2006 and have been stationed at Wilmslow since August 2008. Previous to joining Cheshire Constabulary I worked for a local authority. My role is a Police Constable within the Neighbourhood Police Team with particular emphasis on the Handforth area. 	PCSO Gareth Harding I have been working for the Cheshire Constabulary since 2006. I have helped to set up numerous youth initiatives and different multi-agency groups, including "Respect Handforth". In early 2008, we ran a youth project based in Handforth and the team was awarded an award in multi-agency working by the local council. My biggest achievement is helping to significantly lower anti-social behaviour in the Handforth area. 	PCSO Louise McMahon Prior to joining Cheshire Constabulary as a Police Community Support Officer, I worked in the same role with Staffordshire Police for three years.
