	Sergeant Paul Flynn I have been in the police since 2000, serving four years in Merseyside before transferring to Cheshire. I have been the Neighbourhood Policing Sergeant since 2007 and have responsibility for the area of Howley/Fairfield. Before joining the police I was in the Royal Navy for 12 years, serving in the submarine service. I am married with two young children. My spare time is taken up with my children.
