	PC Jon Tetlow I joined Cheshire Constabulary in January 1996. The first five years of my service were on response duties in Warrington before moving to Risley on the CAT team and latterly on the Neighbourhood Policing Unit. My roles, over that time have varied, from being the beat officer for Birchwood, crime allocator and now back as the beat officer for Culcheth, Croft and Glazebury. I am looking forward to my new role and getting out into the community and helping maintain the reputation of Culcheth as being a pleasant and safe place to both work and live in. 	PCSO Steve Dodd I have been a Police Community Support Officer with Cheshire Constabulary since March 2003 and have been stationed at Risley Police Station for most of my service. I originally covered the Birchwood area for my first two years but since 2005 I have covered the Culcheth and Croft areas. I enjoy being out on my area being as visible and approachable as possible. 	PCSO Maurizio Lucchesi I started working as a Police Community Support Officer in March 2008. I really enjoy my role working in the community and have built up good relationships with the residents. I work closely with local youths, shopkeepers and other agencies to tackle crime and community issues in the area. I have also been providing a high amount of visible patrol within the neighbourhood. 	PCSO Sarah Bradburne I have been a member of Cheshire Constabulary since January 2009 and after several months covering Birchwood, I moved to Culcheth. I previously studied law at the University of Central Lancashire, worked with young offenders and for numerous solicitors in the North West. My interests are shopping and socialising.
