I joined Cheshire Police in 1991 and have worked in Congleton for most of this time as a response officer. I spent a year as a School Liaison officer prior to getting promoted to Northwich as a Sergeant in 2004. In 2005 I joined Congleton Neighbourhood Policing Unit at Middlewich and 18 months later came back to Congleton. I am the Congleton Neighbourhood Policing Team Sergeant for Congleton East and Congleton West.

My priorities for this Neighbourhood Policing Team are to work with my team to reduce and detect crime and disorder to ensure that the local communities feel safe.

PCSO Julia Short

I joined Cheshire Police in 1997 as a traffic warden at Knutsford. In 2006, all Cheshire Constabulary's traffic wardens became known as Police Community Support Officers. I transferred to Congleton in April 2008 and I am now the beat manager for Congleton West (West Heath) and the Astbury Mere part of Congleton Central. Since moving to Congleton I have been actively involved in delivering presentations in schools and nurseries as well as continuing with traffic enforcement in and around the Congleton area.
