	Sergeant Richard Line I joined Cheshire Police in 1991 and have worked in Congleton for most of this time as a response officer. I spent a year as a School Liaison officer prior to getting promoted to Northwich as a Sergeant in 2004. In 2005 I joined Congleton Neighbourhood Policing Unit at Middlewich and 18 months later came back to Congleton. I am the Congleton Neighbourhood Policing Team Sergeant for Congleton East and Congleton West. My priorities for this Neighbourhood Policing Team are to work with my team to reduce and detect crime and disorder to ensure that the local communities feel safe. 	PC John Horsham I joined Cheshire Police in January 2007 and have spent time on the Targeted Patrol Team at Crewe and the Custody Investigation unit at Middlewich. I moved to the Congleton Neighbourhood Policing Team in March 2008, and I am the PC beat manager for the town centre with the local PCSO. Before joining the Police I completed a degree in computing and information systems at Staffordshire University and worked in the IT industry for six years. 	PC Carol Rayner I have clocked up more than 25 years of service with Cheshire Police, working in a number of areas including the drug squad, and have special training for rape investigations and video interviews. I transferred to Congleton in 1991 to join the CID before joining the Neighbourhood Policing Team in 2004. I especially enjoy working with the community and with other agencies. 	PC Jayne Boote I joined Cheshire Constabulary in January 2007, having previously worked at Greater Manchester Police. Following completion of my training and achieving an NVQ level 4 in Policing, I worked on the Congleton Neighbourhood Policing Unit investigation team and the Tutor unit before joining the Congleton Neighbourhood Policing team, where I am the PC beat manager for Buglawton and Lower Heath with the local PCSO. 	PCSO Carol Holmes Carol Holmes joined the Congleton Neighbourhood Policing Team in January 2010.
