PC Stephen Baldwin - College Beat ManagerI have been a beat officer for 14 years and have been responsible for the College ward since 2002. I am also the university liaison officer and am regularly in and around the area on foot. I have built up strong links with partners who work with the police and I am in regular contact with them all.

PCSO Joe Harris - GreyhoundI am the Police Community Support Officer for the Greyhound, Sealand Road area of Chester. Prior to becoming a PCSO, I served 23 years in the military. I have since held different roles within the Police service which I feel are help me in this role. I am a keen sportsman and keep myself fit enjoying cycling and playing racquet sports. I hope to help reduce crime in retail and residential areas by means of hi-visibility patrolling and regular meetings with retailers and residents. I encourage people to give us information in relation to crime and anti-social behaviour. I would encourage the public to get to know me and contact me with any issues they have in relation to crime and disorder or anything affecting their quality of life in the community.
