	DC Andy Morgan I am the Beat Manager for Blacon Lodge. I am an experienced Detective and transferred from Thames Valley Police in 2005. I take a pro-active approach to policing and enjoy getting out into the community where I can have the best impact on reducing crime and meeting community members. 	Sergeant Darren Griffiths I come from an predominately investigative background. I worked in the CID department for a number of years and prior to my current role, I worked on the Targeted Patrol Team in Chester. I have a very pro-active approach to dealing with matters. I am fully aware that issues raised within my community involve anti-social behaviour and illegal drug use. My team and I are fully committed to dealing with these concerns and we have a pro-active, no-nonsense approach to dealing with the people involved. Alongside this we will continue to target the use of drugs in the area by executing several drugs warrants and prosecuting individuals that are in involved in drug use. 	PCSO Jonathan Hurst After joining Cheshire Constabulary in 2007, I spent my first year in Winsford before joining the Blacon team in March 2008.
