	PCSO Paul Lumb I have been a Police Community Support Office since 2002. I now cover the Beechwood, Higher Runcorn and Weston areas. My role is one of support and reassurance. I will deal with most anti-social behaviour, and nuisance youth issues that members of the public report. By providing high visibility reassurance patrols in my area, and also by maintaining a police presence, it helps to give local residents the feeling that they are secure in their homes and also a knowledge that should they wish to speak to an officer one will be in the area on a consistent basis.
